With offices in Fife, Edinburgh, Manchester and London, the Hurd Rolland Partnership can when required provide HRI with significant additional resources in Architects / technical staff, Project Management and associated services; together with specialist services in Planning Supervision, Quantity Surveying and Construction Technology.

Such services are sub-contracted directly to HRI with no % oncost to clients.
