British Waterways / Caledonian Canal; Sanitary Stations
HRI are commissioned by The British Waterways Board for works to the Caledonian Canal. These two units, located above and below the lock ladder at Fort Augustus, provide WC, shower and laundry facilities for canal users.
The projects are careful conversions of previous structures - a former store and boat shelter - and are within the curtilage of the canal area which is designated as a scheduled ancient monument.
