Eastgate Phase 2, Inverness; Listed building

HRI provides ongoing building development / retail liaison services for property landlords ISIS. Integral to the £50M Eastage 2 retail development was the relocation (by 100M) and reconstruction of a Grade 2 listed building, formerly the foundry and storeroom / offices for the Falcon Foundry Company.

The listed building now forms the northern boundary of Falcon Square in Inverness and is reconfigured as two retail units.
