In order to fully explain to interested parties and also advertise the aims of the Inverness Design Review Panel, a booklet was comissioned to HRI-Design to describe in detail how PLACE operates and is internally organised, who it is integrated by, how are the members appointed and what's the procedure for submitting material to the Panel, alongside other useful and relevant information.
