This BREEAM 'Excellent' rated mixed use commercial building is the first of a series of 'co-locations' for Government agencies.
Based on worked carried out for the Forestry Commission at Smithton, Inverness; the building uses Scottish timber and is highly sustainable with a low carbon footprint. It incorporates repeatable key building elements and is highly flexible and energy efficient.
